Summary from 2007 :
The Scandinavian Thanksgiving 2007 event was held on November 22, 2007.
The attendees were treated to American Cuisine, a photo exhibit with Scandinavian Subject matter, a mini discussion on Clean Energy, and a two part piano / choral concert. Each of the event presenters was born in Scandinavia, or has strong family ties there.
With a welcoming presentation area and a cozy main meal, the evening led to engaging conversation and a very nice time.
Additional recognition and notes have been added, on this site, to the Entertainment and Thanks pages. Many thanks to all the participants and attendees.
For 2008 : We are thinking about alternate energy and the economy. Consider also joining the pre-event mixer. There is an extra charge for the pre-event.
